What operating system does it support?
EduPahana School Auto Bell is currently packaged as a standalone Windows desktop application and is intended for Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Do I need Python to run the application?
No. The released Windows EXE is packaged as a standalone application. Python and the development environment are not required on the target computer.
Can I use different timetables on special days?
Yes. The application supports normal and adjusted timetable profiles, together with calendar events that can give a special date priority over the normal weekday timetable.
Can I avoid creating the same timetable five times?
Yes. Copy Day allows a configured day's periods to be copied to another weekday, reducing repeated manual timetable entry.
Will my timetable disappear after closing the application?
No. The application uses persistent local database storage for settings and timetable data, so saved information remains available after restarting the application.
Can I test the bell before using automatic mode?
Yes. Manual controls include a Test Bell function so you can check the selected audio and speaker system.
